PAYMENT SCHEDULE (percentage of total contract amount)

• 30% at contract signing
• 30% when walls have reached a height of 4 feet
• 30% once log shell is complete on our building site
• 10% within 10 days of delivery of shell and other options

Note : Preparation of shell and other round timber elements and solid wood is performed on our building site. Construction time may vary from 6 to 8 weeks.

CUSTOMER'S RESPONSABILITY

• Have foundation and floor prepared
• Provide wiring diagram 2 weeks before delivery
• Prepare road and lot access in order to accommodate a 25-ton mobile crane (minimum) and a 46-foot logging truck

DELIVERY

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

• The exact date will be determined by the end of construction on our building site.
• We will make arrangements for transportation of the logs and the mobile crane required for the re-assembly of your log home project.
• Our team coordinates log re-assembling of your house (1-5 days)

Once re-assembly is completed, your general contractor* can continue his work.

* Upon request, we will put you in contact with a contractor experienced in the finishing of Scandinavian log homes.
